Q:
Continuous Offsets on the BRC
A:
The BRC can perform continuous offsets to obtain an unlimited record time. For example, a continuous offset of 30 minutes can be used to have the first machine in a chain begin recording. When the tape reaches 30 minutes, the second machine will begin recording. Then the tape from the first machine can be removed and a new tape installed. When machine 2 reaches 30 minutes, the first machine will again begin recording.
