- While VoiceOne is OFF, hold the ENTER button and power the unit ON.
- Keep holding the ENTER button, until the "Special" menu appears.
- Use the Parameter wheel to scroll down to "RESET SYS PARAM"
- Press ENTER again
- When the display says "Clear Reset Done", power the unit OFF, and turn it back ON.
