Q:
In the SampleCell Editor, I try to load a new bank/instrument, but the SampleCell Editor tells me that there is not enough memory to load the sample. This cannot be true, because it is a small bank/instrument and my SampleCell II Plus card has 32 MB of RAM. What is going on?
 
A:
Often, closing the SampleCell Bank window that has been opened will clear any samples that are still in RAM. After you have done this you can open a new or preexisting bank.ALternately, if you Shut down the CPU, and wait 30 seconds and boot again the RAM should be absolutely clear and banks can be loaded as usual. If the card is in a chassis, don't forget to shut it down as well.
